Menuju Pendidikan Islam 5.0: Integrasi Artificial Intelligence dan Kurikulum Deep Learning

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed educational practices by enabling personalized learning, adaptive assessment, and intelligent learning support. However, its implementation in Islamic education remains fragmented, with most studies emphasizing technological applications while paying limited attention to pedagogical approaches and Islamic educational values. At the same time, the implementation of the Deep Learning approach in Indonesia offers a new pedagogical perspective through the principles of Meaningful Learning, Mindful Learning, and Joyful Learning, yet its integration with AI in Islamic education has not been comprehensively explored. This study aims to develop a conceptual framework that integrates Artificial Intelligence and the Deep Learning approach within the context of Islamic education. This research employed a qualitative conceptual approach using a systematic literature review and thematic analysis of relevant scholarly publications, policy documents, and authoritative references. The findings indicate that AI should not function as a substitute for teachers but rather as a learning partner that supports learning personalization, adaptive assessment, and digital learning resources. The proposed Islamic Education 5.0 Framework (IE5 Framework) integrates four core components: Islamic values, teachers as murabbi, mu'allim, muaddib, and musyrif, Artificial Intelligence as a learning partner, and the Deep Learning approach to foster meaningful, mindful, and joyful learning experiences. The framework is expected to strengthen twenty-first-century competencies while preserving Islamic values and character development. This study contributes a new conceptual model for integrating AI and Deep Learning into Islamic education and provides a theoretical foundation for future empirical studies and educational policy development in the Society 5.0 era.
