JIRER does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs) for manuscripts submitted and accepted for publication.

• Submission Fees

There are no fees required at the time of manuscript submission. The entire submission process is free of charge for all authors.

• Revision Fees

Authors are not required to pay any fees for revising manuscripts after peer review. All stages of revision and editorial guidance are provided without cost.

• Reader Access Fees

All articles published in JIRER are freely accessible to the public. There are no subscription or access fees for readers.
