Similarity Screening

All manuscripts undergo similarity checking using plagiarism detection software before editorial evaluation.

Maximum Similarity Index

The maximum acceptable similarity score is 20%, excluding references, quotations, and standard methodological descriptions.

Editorial Action

Manuscripts exceeding the permitted similarity threshold may be returned for revision or rejected before peer review.

Forms of Plagiarism

  • Direct copying of text without proper citation.
  • Paraphrasing without appropriate acknowledgment of the original source.
  • Self-plagiarism or duplicate publication of previously published work.
  • Unauthorized use of data, figures, tables, or research findings.
  • Submission of substantially similar manuscripts to multiple journals.

Author Responsibility

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are entirely original and properly cite all sources used. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work complies with the journal's plagiarism policy and publication ethics standards.
