Abstract

Student Work Lecture (KKM) is one form of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which integrates the roles of lecturers, students, and the community in service activities. The KKM activities of Group 71, Bina Bangsa University, in 2026 were carried out in Ciputri Village, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten, with the aim of making a tangible contribution to addressing various community needs through a collaborative and participatory approach. The method of implementing the activities uses observation and socialisation, starting with the identification of community conditions and problems, the preparation of work programs, the execution of activities, and evaluation. The KKM program encompasses five main areas, namely education, religious and character strengthening; community and MSME economic empowerment; socio-cultural, legal, and community empowerment; environmental sustainability, food security, and health; as well as governance, public services, and technological innovation. The results of the activities show that collaboration between lecturers, students, village government, educational institutions, and the community can support the implementation of various programs, such as study assistance, religious education, seminars on the dangers of drugs and bullying, health check-ups, MSME assistance and QRIS creation, environmental mutual aid, and the installation of solar-powered streetlights. The implementation of KKM also provides social learning experiences for students and increases community involvement in empowerment activities. Thus, the lecturers, students, and the community through the KKM program can become an effective means of supporting the sustainable development and empowerment of the village community.
