PENDAMPINGAN IMPLEMENTASI METODE AL-MIFTAH LIL ULUM SEBAGAI PROGRAM AKSELERASI PEMBELAJARAN NAHWU SHARRAF DI PP. RIYADLUS SHALIHIN NURUR RAHMAH PROBOLINGGO

Mastering nahwu (Arabic syntax) and sharaf (morphology) is the main key for students (santri) to be able to read kitab kuning (classical Islamic texts), yet most madrasah diniyah still rely on rote memorization and the sorogan method, which tend to be monotonous and demotivating. This article reports a community service program (PKM) that introduced the Al-Miftah lil Ulum method of Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri to teachers and students of Pondok Pesantren Riyadlus Sholihin Nurur Rahmah, Sambirampak Lor, Kotaanyar, Probolinggo. The research question addressed is how the introduction of the Al-Miftah lil Ulum method can improve teachers' and students' understanding and motivation in learning nahwu and sharaf. The method used was an andragogical, participatory community service approach consisting of stakeholder consolidation, situational analysis, socialization, hands-on training accompanied by songs and tables, group mentoring, and joint evaluation, carried out over one month at the partner pesantren. The results show that the program received an enthusiastic response, with 100% participant attendance, active questioning during sessions, and a noticeable increase in teachers' and students' insight into and motivation for learning nahwu and sharaf through the simple, contextual, and song-based Al-Miftah lil Ulum method. The program is recommended to be continued and disseminated to other madrasah diniyah on a sustainable basis.
