In the world of education, whether formal in schools or informally within families and communities, the involvement of schools and parents plays a very strategic and inseparable role. Children cannot be left to interact with technology independently without guidance, as the process of forming their mindset and character is still developing. Therefore, synergy between educational institutions and families is key to ensuring that the use of technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), is carried out in a healthy and responsible manner. This community service aims to determine the level of initial understanding of Gen Alpha about ChatGPT and Artificial Intelligence (AI), what AI literacy strategies are appropriate to children's developmental stages, and how to instill moral values in the use of AI chatbots. This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out using a participatory approach. The results of this community service show that children have frequently used AI such as ChatGPT to assist with schoolwork. However, they do not yet fully understand how AI works and what its limitations are. Some still assume that AI answers are always correct, and some even use it as a quick way to complete assignments without fully understanding the material. After mentoring involving children, teachers, and parents, they began to understand that AI is merely a learning tool, not a substitute for their own effort and thought processes. By the end of the activity, the children appeared more critical, more careful, and wiser in their use of technology. Thus, AI literacy is not only about the ability to use technology, but also about developing attitudes and responsibility in learning.
