Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) are the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia and play a significant role in shaping students' character as well as their spiritual, intellectual, and social development. However, internal management challenges often hinder efforts to optimize students' academic achievement. This article aims to optimize the management assistance provided at Darul Ulum Addiniyah Islamic Boarding School as a strategic effort to improve students' academic performance. The study employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, involving the pesantren leaders, administrators, teachers (ustadz/ustadzah), and students actively throughout all stages of the research process. The findings indicate that strengthening management capacity through training, collaborative reflection, and targeted interventions successfully creates a more conducive learning environment and contributes positively to students' academic achievement.
