This Community Service (PkM) activity aimed to disseminate an effective tracer study model to build a data-driven quality assurance system at SMK Negeri 3 Pamekasan as a Vocational Center of Excellence (SMK PK). The method used was a participatory-empowerment approach, through a series of training sessions, intensive technical assistance, and facilitated Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). The results showed a significant increase in the school team's capacity, the successful collection of data from 412 alumni with a 68.5% response rate, and the identification of critical findings, such as variations in job-field alignment across majors and specific competencies requiring improvement. The participatory dissemination process successfully transformed data into concrete action recommendations, including improvements to practical facilities and the development of learning modules. The main impact of the activity was the institutionalization of a sustainable tracer study system with operational guidelines and a commitment to its integration into the School Budget Plan (RKAS), as well as the growth of a data-driven quality culture among teachers and management. In conclusion, this mentoring model effectively empowered the school to independently use alumni feedback as a catalyst for continuous improvement to enhance graduate competitiveness.
