Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers play an important role in creating a learning process that is meaningful, enjoyable, and appropriate to the child's stage of development. However, in practice, various obstacles are still found, such as the dominance of conventional teaching methods, limited utilization of digital media for educational purposes, and suboptimal implementation of learning models that encourage children's activity, creativity, and interaction. This condition indicates the need for efforts to strengthen teacher competencies through training activities relevant to the needs of 21st-century learning. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of PAUD teachers in implementing active and interactive learning methods based on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and directed digital media. The implementation of activities is carried out in the form of training and mentoring for early childhood education teachers through several stages, namely needs analysis, delivery of material, practice in preparing learning tools, simulation of implementation, and activity evaluation. The training material includes concepts of active and interactive learning, basic principles of Project-Based Learning for early childhood, utilization of directed and safe digital media, as well as preparation of simple, contextual, creative, and child-centered project activities. The implementation method uses a participatory approach with techniques of interactive lectures, discussions, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and reflection. The expected outcomes of this activity are the improvement of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers' pedagogical competence in designing and implementing innovative, active, and interactive learning, the compilation of examples of directed project-based and digital learning tools, and the growth of teachers' awareness of the importance of wisely integrating technology into early childhood learning. This activity is expected to make a tangible contribution to improving the quality of PAUD education services and to support the creation of a learning environment that is more adaptive, creative, and relevant to the developments of the times.
