The issue of plastic waste is a complex environmental and socio-economic challenge, with a significant volume in Indonesia. In Helumo Village, Bone Bolango Regency, plastic waste management remains a critical issue. This community service program presents an innovative solution through training on making paving blocks from plastic waste. This initiative not only adopts the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) approach but specifically utilizes plastic waste as the main raw material for an economically valuable product. The method used focuses on providing technical training to village community representatives on the process of melting and molding plastic. The outcomes of this program are twofold and sustainable. Environmentally, the initiative contributes to the reduction of plastic waste volume and promotes circular economy practices. Socio-economically, the program opens up new entrepreneurial opportunities, creates competitive local products, and has the potential to increase community income. This program serves as an effective model for community participation in waste management, fostering collective awareness and building economic independence.
