Vegetables are a primary food need that people constantly seek and consume daily, giving them both functional value and untapped economic potential as creative products. This community service activity aimed to provide vegetable-bouquet-making skills as a unique and marketable gift innovation, while opening creative economic business opportunities for women in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. Unlike common flower or snack bouquets, the vegetable bouquet combines fresh vegetables (spinach, water spinach, carrots, chili) with instant seasoning sachets as decorative elements, so the resulting product retains practical use value and can still be cooked after being received. The implementation method consisted of preparation (site survey and coordination with the Watualang Cemerlang Village Library partner), implementation (counseling and hands-on bouquet-arranging practice), and evaluation (pre-test and post-test). The activity was attended by 20 participants consisting of 19 female participants (8 teenagers and 11 adults) and 1 male teenage participant. Evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills from an average of 14.25% before training to 91.25% after training. Participants also showed high enthusiasm and were able to produce vegetable bouquets with attractive packaging color variations. This activity is expected to become an alternative home-based business opportunity that utilizes readily available food ingredients and encourages the economic independence of women in rural areas.
