Abstract

This community service program is motivated by the importance of strengthening the character of employees at La Tansa Building Shop, a business unit under the auspices of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Working in this environment is not merely a matter of professionalism but a form of tangible contribution to the economic sovereignty of Islamic educational institutions. This program aims to provide spiritual reinforcement through the internalization of aqidah and sincerity values as a self-shielding method to overcome productivity decline. The method employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving 11 employees through four stages: aqidah studies, work case discussions, spiritual assistance, and questionnaire-based evaluation. The results show a significant transformation in work paradigms, where the indicator for understanding work as a form of worship achieved the highest score of 98.18%. The internalization of spiritual values successfully improved self-discipline and mental resilience in facing work pressures. In conclusion, strengthening theological aspects is effective in building an integrated professional work ethos. Recommendations for future programs include focusing on team harmonization to reduce unhealthy competition and formulating collective regulations for social media management during working hours to prevent distractions in customer service.
