Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku etis peserta didik melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam, namun praktik pembelajaran PAI masih cenderung terfokus pada aspek kognitif dan belum sepenuhnya menekan proses internalisasi nilai etika Islam secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren dan perkembangan kajian etika dalam literatur ilmiah global serta mengkontekstualisasikannya dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik dengan menganalisis publikasi ilmiah terkait etika kemanusiaan dan etika penelitian yang terindeks dalam basis data Scopus pada periode 2015–2024, yang kemudian dipetakan menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, keterkaitan kata kunci, evolusi topik, dan kepadatan tema penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa isu etika menduduki posisi sentral dalam diskursus akademik global dan berkembang seiring dengan munculnya tantangan kontemporer seperti krisis kemanusiaan, kesehatan global, dan perkembangan teknologi. Temuan ini menegaskan relevansi dan urgensi internalisasi nilai etika Islam dalam pembelajaran PAI, khususnya nilai kejujuran, keadilan, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian sosial, yang perlu diintegrasikan melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang kontekstual, reflektif, dan partisipatif. Dengan demikian, Pendidikan Agama Islam diharapkan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana transfer pengetahuan keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai wahana pembentukan karakter etis peserta didik yang mampu menanggapi tantangan kehidupan secara bertanggung jawab sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.
