Strategi COACH – CLINIC Dalam Pendampingan Penyusunan Dokumen Akreditasi Berbasis Kinerja Untuk Meningkatkan Budaya Mutu Guru PAUD Kecamatan Sidoarjo Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to enhance the knowledge and understanding of early childhood educators in Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency, regarding the preparation of accreditation documents. The program implementation involved coordination and outreach with the head of the Sidoarjo District HIMPAUDI (Association of Early Childhood Educators and Education Personnel) regarding the planned activities, issuing invitations to the participating educators, conducting the mentoring session on September 1, 2025, and compiling a report on the activity outcomes. The material covered during the mentoring included: 1) Accreditation application requirements, and 2) Standards 1 through 8 documentation. The training involved 60 early childhood educators from Sidoarjo District. The mentoring activities comprised lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, demonstrations, and the uploading of accreditation application requirements. The results indicate that the mentoring program for accreditation document preparation was successfully executed, enabling the educators to complete the necessary requirements for early childhood education (PAUD) accreditation.
