Mastery of soft skills is an important aspect in shaping the readiness of students, especially prospective educators, to face the world of work and professional challenges in the modern era. However, in learning practices in higher education, strengthening soft skills is still often less than optimal because learning emphasizes more on theoretical aspects. Micro teaching activities based on direct practice are present as one of the effective learning strategies to develop students' soft skills in an applicable manner. This program aims to strengthen students' soft skills through micro teaching activities that emphasize direct teaching practice, reflection, and structured feedback. Soft skills developed include communication skills, self-confidence, cooperation, leadership, and classroom management. The implementation method is carried out through learning simulations, teaching practices in small groups, observation, and evaluation based on self-reflection and feedback from lecturers and colleagues. The results of this activity show that micro teaching based on direct practice can increase student confidence in teaching, improve communication skills, and shape a professional attitude in the learning process. In addition, students are also more able to manage classes effectively and show improvements in their ability to work together and accept criticism constructively. Thus, micro teaching activities based on direct practice can be an effective learning model in strengthening students' soft skills, especially in preparing prospective educators who are professional, adaptive, and competent in their fields.
