EVALUASI KEBERHASILAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN: FAKTOR-FAKTOR KRITIS YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBERHASILAN FORUM DIAM (DIALEKTIKA ASPIRASI MAHASISWA)

Abstract

Student literacy communities play a crucial role in developing critical thinking skills, analytical reasoning, and the constructive expression of aspirations. However, the factors that determine the success of these organizations have not been widely explored empirically. This study aims to identify and analyze the critical factors influencing the success of literacy programs at the DIAM Forum (Dialektika Aspirasi Manusia), a community founded by Ahmad Rifandi, dkk. at At-Taqwa University Bondowoso on December 8, 2022. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with administrators and members, direct observation of activities, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the success of the literacy programs is influenced by several key factors: leadership/initiator, program design, member readiness and engagement, and environmental/institutional support. This study concludes that the sustainability of student literacy movements requires a holistic approach that encompasses not only program design but also organizational culture and member commitment.
