MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) serve as a strategic pillar of the rural economy, expected to adapt and grow sustainably. However, the business continuity of these enterprises heavily relies on financial governance, particularly effective cash management. This community service initiative aims to enhance the understanding and technical skills of MSME owners in Botutonuo Village regarding organizational cash management. The program was implemented through educational workshops and technical assistance focusing on cash flow regulation. The results indicate a significant increase in enthusiasm and awareness among business owners to implement orderly cash administration, measured cash planning, and enhanced cash security systems. The implementation of sound cash management is expected to maintain stable liquidity ratios, enabling MSMEs to withstand various economic conditions and strengthen the village's macroeconomic structure.
