This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines to analyze the transformation of Islamic education through the lens of technology integration. This study identifies and synthesizes 10 high-quality peer-reviewed articles from the period 2022-2025 extracted from five major academic databases (Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore, ERIC, Google Scholar) using Boolean keyword-based searches and a rigorous screening process. Bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer revealed patterns of researcher collaboration, temporal publication trends, and thematic clustering in the research landscape. Key findings indicate that digital technologies—including e-learning platforms, mobile applications, artificial intelligence, and digital business ecosystems—significantly improve the accessibility and personalization of religious learning when integrated through: (1) effective organizational management practices encompassing planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating, (2) continuous professional development for educators and improved digital literacy, (3) technology-responsive curriculum alignment while maintaining Islamic principles, and (4) collaborative stakeholder engagement. However, implementation faces substantial challenges in the form of the digital divide, limited educator competencies, inadequate infrastructure, and socio-cultural resistance. This study concludes that the sustainable transformation of Islamic education requires an integrated holistic approach that aligns technological, organizational, pedagogical, and cultural-religious dimensions. Recommendations are directed at policymakers, institutions, educators, researchers, and communities to accelerate inclusive, equitable, and value-aligned transformation.
