Al-Mudabbir: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a leading academic journal published by the Institute for Publishing, Research, and Community Service (LP3M) of Nurul Qodim Islamic College, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia. This journal is dedicated to advancing academic discourse and research on Transformational Management Practices in Islamic education, strongly rooted in Islamic values, across various educational institutions. The scope of this journal includes Islamic leadership, public relations management, organizational culture and behavior, as well as human resource management in formal and non-formal Islamic educational institutions. Al-Mudabbir serves as the main platform for academics, educators, policymakers, and researchers to share research findings and new insights that promote professionalism and contribute to the overall improvement of the quality of Islamic education
