Ar-Risalah: Journal of Islamic Education accepts various types of scholarly articles related to Islamic education. Each manuscript is processed according to its type and subjected to a rigorous peer-review process.

  1. Research Articles
  1. Present original empirical research in Islamic education, using quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-method approaches.
  2. Reviewed through a double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.
  3. Word count: 5,000–8,000 words.
  1. Conceptual or Theoretical Articles
  1. Discuss new concepts, frameworks, or theoretical contributions to Islamic education, including interpretations of key thinkers or models.
  2. Reviewed through a double-blind peer review.
  3. Word count: 4,000–7,000 words.
  1. Review Articles
  1. Provide comprehensive reviews of theories, issues, or recent developments in Islamic education.
  2. Reviewed through a double-blind peer review.
  3. Word count: 6,000–10,000 words.
  1. Case Studies and Practice Reports
  1. Highlight real-world experiences or best practices in implementing Islamic education in educational institutions.
  2. Reviewed by experts in both academic and practical domains.
  3. Word count: 3,000–6,000 words.

All submitted manuscripts must be original and not previously published. Accepted papers will undergo editorial formatting before final publication.
