QOIMAH FRAMEWORK : PARADIGMA ETIKA-TRANSFORMATIF DALAM PENDIDIKAN DAN PERKADERAN MODERN

Abstract

This article aims to examine the Qoimah Framework as an ethical–transformative paradigm for education and cadre development. The framework is conceptualized as an extension and contextual development of Kuntowijoyo’s Prophetic Social Theory, which emphasizes the values of humanization, liberation, and transcendence. Employing a qualitative approach based on library research, this study positions education and cadre formation as ethical praxis rather than value-neutral processes, oriented toward human empowerment and social transformation. The findings indicate that the Qoimah Framework is constructed upon five interconnected pillars: recitation, transcendence, liberation, humanization, and acceleration. These pillars form an integrated paradigm that should inform and shape educational and cadre development practices. Recitation functions as the foundation of critical rationality; transcendence provides a theologically grounded ethical orientation; liberation directs education toward emancipation from poverty and ignorance; humanization upholds human dignity and ethical relationships; and acceleration embodies progressive dynamics inspired by moral competition in goodness. This article argues that the Qoimah Framework contributes theoretically to values-based educational discourse while offering a relevant conceptual model for addressing contemporary educational challenges. The study is expected to serve as a foundational reference for future empirical research and the development of operational models in education and cadre formation.
